I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Big Lots (Warwick, RI) in Feb 2016

Interview

I was recruited threw LinkIned by their cooperate HR recruiter Phone interview (pretty standard stuff) Informal Interview with Store Manager Interview with District Manager (Standard Stuff ~ Once you get to talk to the District Manager they have pretty much made up their mind) Job offer was made same day pending successful background check Background check took a few days as they actually check your job history and one of your personal references.

Question 1

Phone interview with recruiter was the most detailed, the two face to face meetings were pretty informal. Typical "Tell me a time" questions.
