I submitted resume on company's website and about a week later was called for a phone interview. I was asked about my management style, merchandising experience, and my previous management experiences. I interviewed with the district manager a week later. The questions were very direct: what are your strengths/weaknesses and how my best/worst employees would describe me. I submitted to a background check (which they said would take 3-5 days). During that period they called my references as well. The process would have been shorter, but they had trouble reaching one of my references and I had to provide another.
