Walked around the store and pointed out broken processes and ways to fix them. Short discussion about previous work history then walked the store.
Talked with recruiter, the DSM, the RVP, HR, and Asset Protection.

Was informal, walked and talked about fixing what was broken.
Was not a structured interview. Looked at past history and really just wanted to see if they could get me to start. Asked a lot of general questions, but was more just a conversation and attempt to sell on working for BigLots.

Recruiter reached out to me, we set time for phone conference, then I didn’t hear back for an almost a month. Set interview I had to drive an hour to with district Manager. STAY AWAY
