I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Big Lots
Interview
The campus recruiter talked to me about the opportunity, and I applied online. I did a phone interview, lasted about 15 minutes. I was able to go to the HQ and interview again, this is when they were near W Broad Street. The office was pretty depressing to be honest.
