put in application then interview with district manager, referral to the recruiter from Big Lots home office for a phone interview. That interview is more informational than anything. Make sure you know some history of the company to show interest in the company and that you have done your homework. Then if you are referred on you will be put into background. When your background check comes back in about 3-5 days you will get an offer.

No difficult questions in my opinion they just want to know your thought process and vision. Listen to the question and walk them through how you would handle or resolve problems or situations either involving a customer, coworker or supervisor step by step. If the question is 2 parts make sure you answer both.
Easy, round table format. Talked with other store managers and the DM. Asked basic retail questions and talked about my background in retail. Was not difficult at all. Did go into detail about a day in the life
They will call. Either set up an interview face to face or set up a phone interview. Stander associate will have one to two. Manager position will have 3-4 with multiple supervisors.
