Applied on Indeed, was contacted by Talent Acquisition through Email. Said I was interested and they said they’ll forward my resume to the Manager. Contacted by the District Manager and got an in store interview the same day with the General and Assistant Managers. Sat down and discussed aspects of the company and job and expectations along with my experience and job history. Toured the store with the General Manager while being discussing the work environment. At the end I was told that I had the green light to apply on their website. Two days later District Manager contacted me to fill out the background check form. Two days later I’m cleared and ready to be put on the schedule. Great and streamlined process with courteous and professional communication throughout from both sides.

Sat down with another store manager. Filled out an application before we spoke. I was under the impression that a store manager position was open. The manager showed me the positions they were hiring for, one being furniture manager. I knew this position was not going to meet my salary requirements. I did not want to waste anyone's time so I immediately asked about the pay. It was not what I was looking for.

Applied online and went into the store to fill out paper application. I got a call back a few days later to do a face to face interview with Store Manager. A week later I had another interview with the District Manager, and they got me a few days after and offered me the job.
