walk in, talked, hired on spot. Friendly manager onduty, relaxed, talked about the store, did not feel like an interview at all. Felt more like a talk about the job. Was then asked to stay and do training on the computer.

Once I arrived at the store I spoke with both of the hiring managers. They were very nice and extremely thorough. They made a decision that same day about my employment.

When it was time to discuss their decision about my employment with them, I was sent to walk around the store for about 5 minutes to find one thing I like and one thing I don't like about that particular store.
