Interview
I filled out an application and returned it the next day by personally giving it to the store manager. He gave me an on the spot interview then asked me if i could start working the following day. He asked basic questions such as why do i want to work for the company, do i have any prior experience, and if hired what times will i be available to work. I had no prior experience but the manager was extremely nice and loved my personality so he was excited to give me a shot. I brought in my required documents the following day at the time i was told and immediately satrted training. It was a great experience, the employees were extremely friendly and helpful and filled me in on everything i needed to know. The interview and overall experience was very poisitive.
It was easy! Very laid back. Two round interview. Bring strong customer service energy. They really like that. Initial screening: This can be a phone or in-person interview focused on basic details like your work history and availability.

Easy, just had a conversation rather then a formal interview. I was hired on the spot and stayed over a year. But they did have people coming in and out of the room quite often.
The place we went to interview was crummy looking and the interviewer seemed distracted. I never got a call back on if i got the job or not, or even an email.
