short and to the point. Not too many detailed questions. They relied on my resume. Interviewer did not have any structured questions. The company is looking for talented and experienced store managers to help facilitate the changes they want to make within the company.
Easy, round table format. Talked with other store managers and the DM. Asked basic retail questions and talked about my background in retail. Was not difficult at all. Did go into detail about a day in the life
They will call. Either set up an interview face to face or set up a phone interview. Stander associate will have one to two. Manager position will have 3-4 with multiple supervisors.
