Applied on website was contacted by the recruiter. The Recruiter asked a few questions and then said he'd get back to me. After 7 days I got a phone call from the store manager asking to set up an interview with him and the dm. Normal questions asked during interview, it was more like a conversation than an interview. They were both nice and professional. Filled out the background check and left. Got a call back in a week with an offer.
