I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Big Lots (North Olmsted, OH) in Sep 2015
Interview
I filled out an application online and a few days later I was called by the store manager. I arrived to the interview 15 minutes early and had to wait around for a few minutes before he finally came to get me. The interview itself was very easy and very laidback. He probably only asked me like 2 real interview questions and then the rest of the time was basically just him asking me when i was available to work.
