I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Big Lots (Stone Mountain, GA) in Oct 2023
Interview
Applied online and was given a code to text to set up interview. Arrived at the interview and the manager had no idea who I was and was not even expecting me. For an organization that is understaffed this particular manager was acting as though I was a pesky fly bothering his lunch. Very unprofessional to say the least.
It was nice the interviewer knew the company well and made me want the position. It seems like a great place to work. I would like to further interview with them again and try to get employment here
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Big Lots (East Haven, CT)
Interview
Very nice manager and I'm so excited! Interview was flawless and the employees are super nice! I can see myself working here for many years. Best part is I'm close to home.
