Interview
I had come to them earlier at a time when they weren't hiring and asked for an application (back then they were still doing paper apps). I returned the application in full interview attire and made sure to speak with a manger. I handed Cedric my application, told him my name and after he said there were no current positions available, I thanked him for his time, shook his hand and left. Less than two weeks later I received a phone call asking me in for an interview and when I showed up, they basically hired me on the spot. Maybe they asked me one or two questions, although I can't remember what, and gave me my shirt and name badge the same day!

It was easy! Very laid back. Two round interview. Bring strong customer service energy. They really like that. Initial screening: This can be a phone or in-person interview focused on basic details like your work history and availability.

Interview
Easy, just had a conversation rather then a formal interview. I was hired on the spot and stayed over a year. But they did have people coming in and out of the room quite often.
The place we went to interview was crummy looking and the interviewer seemed distracted. I never got a call back on if i got the job or not, or even an email.
