Big Lots Sales Associate Cashier interview questions

the interview process was simple and quick. I was a college student in a college town so they kind of know what they are working with already. They asked me a few questions, looked over my resume, and I was pretty much hired on the spot.

Quick and easy interview. Only negative was they will not disclose the hourly pay upfront. Struck me as odd, I don't know why they can't be a little more upfront, after all, they ask you for a lot of information, etc.
