Interview
Was a very professional and efficient process, from the initial conversation with the internal recruiter to the follow up panel and 1-1 interviews. Communication and feedback was constant throughout the process so I knew what was going on at each stage and what were the next steps.
When the offer arrived it was as expected and was turned around very quickly.

Questions around my suitability for the role from a technical and experience point of view. Also questions around my personality and life outside of work from a cultural fit perspective.
You get a reply to set up an interview time and then when you respond you don’t get an answer which is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of an organization. If this is how they treat their interview process I can only imagine a regular workday.
