The interview process consisted of multiple rounds. The first round was a one-on-one conversation with the hiring manager, focusing on background, experience, and role alignment. This was followed by an onsite visit, which included a panel interview with team members to assess technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit, as well as a tour of the laboratory facilities to provide insight into the work environment and resources.

Initial step is to complete some online assessments including personality, critical thinking, and skills. First stage interview was ~30 minutes over Zoom with manager.
