I went through 2 rounds of interviews, the second of which was onsite. I was asked a series of technical but mostly behavioral questions. I was also required to do a lab practical which consisted of a simple PCR set up.

Online TestGorilla Assessment testing basic reading comprehension and understanding of data. 45 minute interview with a prior CLA who became a supervisor. Most questions were basic such as strengths, going above and beyond, and basic career goals. Few questions about lab skills and experience with those respective skills.
