first round with the recruiter. She was nice. 2nd round with the hiring manager who had to reschedule (it happens, I get it). The conversation went really well. That was a month ago and I have not heard back from either the recruiter nor the hiring manager. I followed up twice and no response. Be thoughtful in investing a lot of time in this process - they'll most likely just ghost you. Side note: It looks like a lot of people on Glassdoor completed case studies and were then ghosted by Bilt. Seems like they may be looking for free work.
