Face to face with the CEO/cofounder, casual and they don't seem to know what they are doing. No technical interview, cause they outsource everything. I wouldn't even consider they are a software company. Asked me to do a code challenge. Turned out it was actually work that they needed, coz they are getting on TechCrunch the next week. extremely unprofessional, almost a fraud.
