The typical process of going from least facetime, from online to the phone, to multiple rounds of one/two on ones. The followup process was disorganized and long. I had to follow-up to receive any updates on the process. After 4 months of being told "wait a month/wait 2 weeks" HR finally called with their decision to not hire.

It was a Thirty-minute interview with the hiring manager over Zoom. She seemed nice, but she seemed to have already made her mind up before interviewing me. Secondly, the hiring manager said she was new, and she was not.

Whole day interview with different people from several departments. Back-to-back interview. People were friendly and open to questions. Phone interview first and then panel interview. The hiring manager will contact first with short screening through phone. HR updated the results after a week.
