The first step was a 30 minute phone call with the hiring manager. Then I got selected for the next round, which was a panel interview. It was a virtual panel interview. First I met the director of R&D for a 30 minutes. Then met with the team member (5 people) 1 by 1, each for 30 minutes. After my panel a recruiter from Bio-Rad contacted me and set a time. 1 day before the meeting, she canceled the meeting. Very unprofessional.
