Standard. recruiter followed by hiring manager and them team presentation. They talked with me before presentation which was kind of bummer as nothing new was left in presentation to talk about. Most questions were already asked and I personally was getting bored answering same questions again and again. Worst was I was asked provide references the same day which I did promptly . References were contacted and then poof . Company went MIA. No communications whatsoever. I waited for two months almost losing my peace of mind. I contacted the recruiter who told me that he will get feedback from team and get back to me. But one more than 3 weeks no answer. I finally contacted the person who asked for references. she however got back to me very promptly and apologized for no communication telling that their recruiters are handling many positions at a time hence there may have been gap in communication. She did her best but I am not willing to forgive the recruiter so easily.
