Several rounds of interviews. Fair and reasonable questions about working style, how you prioritize and skills. Questions about how you would fit with the group and the company culture. Skills test was administered for Microsoft Excel.

How do you prioritze when you have multiple high profile issues to handle simultaneously?
The interview process was fairly smooth and straightforward. First interview was with a member of HR followed by a phone interview with the Department Manager.
This was followed by a series of interviews that took place over the course of a few hours with the team as well as with one interview from upper management.
I believe that follow up is the key.
