I did a phone interview with the hiring manager for an internship position. The questions were realistic and the conversations were fluid. I can tell they weren't reading off the questions from a piece of paper. I got an offer a few weeks later.

Interview
It started tough with HR going over my qualifications. After that, I had to move to another building for the actual main interview with the principals/stakeholders. That one actually went really smoothly and bordered on the informal at times. I probably would have been very happy there.
