I met a recruiter at a job fair and about a week and half later they contacted me via email asking if I was interested in the position. When I told them I was, they quickly set up a phone screen with a recruiter. The phone screen was brief (like 20 minutes) and they asked a couple standard interview question. A day or two after the phone screen, they scheduled a phone interview with an HR business partner. The phone interview was about an hour long and they asked more standard interview question. A few days after the phone interview, they scheduled an onsite interview a week later. The onsite interview was about 3-4 hours long and I met with 4 different managers (one at a time). They gave brief background about the company, the facility, and the position. After the briefing, they asked standard interview question and then gave a tour of the facility. The managers were very friendly and made me feel comfortable during the interview. Everything they said was straightforward and clear. This was one of the most enjoyable interview experiences that I've had so far. I am currently waiting to hear back to see if they will hire me or not.
