I applied around the begining of May and was emailed to make an appointment for a typing a memory test. About a week later I was contacted to go for an interview with a manager and a supervisor was shadowing. The supervisor was really nice, but the manager seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. They showed me around the lab and then sat me by the computers for an “interview”. The interview barely took 10 minutes, I wasn’t even asked any questions besides for how soon can I start, which I replied with RIGHT AWAY. My interview was on a Wednesday, I was told I would receive a call by next Friday, it is now Sunday and no call yet. It’s a shame. I was really looking forward to working there, I loved the enviroment from the moment I walke jn the lab.

Had to get over 30 wpm and >85% accuracy on a typing test first. The test was sent a couple days after submitting my application. Then I did a phone interview with the hiring manager. Was asked 3 simple questions. After that was an interview in-person at the facility. It included a tour. Was hired at the end of the interview and had onboarding paperwork sent within a week. Overall, the process took 2-3 weeks from application submission.
