I was referred in through a contact and heard from the Recruiter in a timely fashion. I had a phone screen and the person was late to the phone call. She then didn't know anything about the position when I had questions. i was asked in for an interview at the end of the phone call. I came in for an interview with the same recruiter and the hiring manager. The interview with the recruiter was pretty informal since she didn't know much about the position. I then interviewed with the hiring manager, she was late to the interview. She didn't ask any relevant questions get an understanding of my credentials to do the job. I pretty much ran the interview and tried to get my interest across. In my opinion the decision to pass was made before I was interviewed. I wish that she wouldn't have wasted my time. If you are interviewing I would prepare but don't expect a great experience. I was called three weeks later after reaching out because I hadn't heard anything and told I didn't have industry experience, they could have saved me the time of coming in to interview. The building was great and the Recruiter was friendly and welcoming, she described the company well and tried her best to provide a great experience.
