I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Biogen (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
I first received a phone call to schedule a phone interview (third party). The phone interview was very easy and felt laid back. The typical questions were asked such as why do you want to work for Biogen. About a week after the phone interview I was called to schedule a one-on-one interview. This interview consisted of a a 30 minute Q&A session with 2 recruiters and two 45 minute one-on-one interviews. The questions were pretty standard.

Tell me about your most difficult technological challenge.
3 interview process. Phone interview and two zoom interviews. Made it through to the third round and still haven't heard anything for the past 5 months. I enjoyed everyone who I had the chance to interview with. I just wish the hiring managers would communicate on a final decision.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Biogen (Research Triangle Park, NC)
Interview
The interview process was pretty normal/standard. They take you upstairs on either 3rd or 4th floor and invite you into a room to discuss yourself a little, what you are looking for, and basically explain to them how you can be of assistance to them. They do advise you may have to work until 10pm but usually the work schedules are 11am-8pm EST.
