My experience with the Talent Acquisition "Business Partner" was disappointing due to a lack of professional engagement and poor body language during the interview. If a recruiter isn't really interested in meeting candidates, it's better not to send the invite at all. Furthermore, the complete lack of follow-up and subsequent ghosting is concerning. It makes me question how the company values its employees if they show so little respect for candidates' time and efforts.
Applied online via their website. The interview was split into two, each 30 minutes. For both, I was interviewed by two people who I would be working alongside or were in a related role.
