Interview
The first out of two interviews was great. There were three managers I interviewed in front of. They were very easy going, and fun, but yet very thorough. I was called back later that evening for a second interview scheduled a few days later. And this time I interviewed with 4 higher managers, I believe they were what they call Center managers. This one didn't feel as laid back. They were still very thorough, but very intimidating, and showed very little emotion. I could quite tell which direction the interview left at. I'm still waiting for a call on whether or not I got the job. They said they will let me know on a date that's still 6 days away. So I get to sit here and be anxious and paranoid until then.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Biolife Plasma Services (Bolingbrook, IL) in Nov 2025
Interview
Showed up a few minutes early to my interview and they seemed like they were busy and didn’t know about the interview. I was supposed to have an interview with one manager but ended up waiting and having an interview with someone else. The interview was pleasant and straightforward and I was asked about my background and scenario questions. I head asked if I had any questions and then told I should hear back within two weeks but I never did. I’ve heard some people are offered a tour but I didn’t get one so maybe that was a clue I wasn’t chosen for the role. They never rejected my application and it’s still listed as interview status but it’s been months.
