The interview process is very easy, if you are attractive and represent yourself well you will be hired, that is before they fired their entire direct sales force! Bottom line is stay away from this company!

about three interviews with three to four people, pretty easy basic generic questions. nothing out of the norm. you go higher up as you progress. relatively easy process. but things are probably a little different now
