Interview
Applied online, the inside recruiter contacted me a few days later and requested a phone interview. The phone interview was simple and straightforward. He mentioned that they may have me do an online assessment. When I asked what the next steps in the process were the recruiter stammered and explained that they aren't actually hiring for this position, that they just want to see how many people might be interested. WOW. It actually seemed as though they are wanting to fire people in their Denver office and see how quickly they could replace them by determining what type of talent is out there. I followed up about a week later and the recruiter explained that they truly are not hiring at this time. He even seemed a bit confused as to why they would create a job posting on Linkedin and perform phone interviews.
The reviews on this company are not good and I can see why. Seems like they lack organization and leadership.

Interview
Unprofessional - I had time scheduled (who reached out to me first) with a recruiter who just did not call me at the scheduled time. I sent a message understanding that something may have come up and a time to reschedule. Didn't even bother to respond to that either. People prep for these meeting and take time to do research so it feels like there is just no regard to people's time and energy.
Screening call with recruiter, then call with hiring manager. Laid back people and an emphasis on culture. The last step was to do a panel interview with leadership, but it wasn’t a good fit for me at the time

Interview
I applied online for the Upmarket Account Executive role and received an invitation to a first screening interview. First, the recruiter missed the interview and I had to contact him to see if he was still willing to have this conversation. So, we planned another first call.
He mentioned he was going to give me some feedback a few days later but I never heard back.
Thus, I emailed this person directly to know if there was any feedback but my email was completely ignored. What a lack of professionalism, take people's time they will never get back only to ghost them!!
