I was contacted by a staffing agency for the position of Business Analyst with this company. I knew about the company which was among the top 5 indian IT companies i was willing to proceed further and i submitted my CV with the agency and had a interview scheduled in 3 days time with Delivery manager for which i had to go to their one of the facilities for a video conferencing. After that was successful i was selected for HR round. The delivery manager already congratulated me for getting through. I was called for HR interview.. that too video conferencing but i was unavailable so decided to attend next week which was accepted. HR round was smooth and i was confirmed verbally and was told that i should get the offer letter by tommorow or max by friday. But since then i didnt get back anything and when i had word with the HR guy he simply didnt had any answers.. dont know what went wrong and where.

what was your toughest assignment as an business analyst and how did you do in that ?
Developer had taken the interview who himself was not knowing what to ask and upon answering correct answers he was saying it as incorrect... Lack of knowledge of an interviewer.

Unrelated and developer took interview of a BA. He himself was not aware what is scrum and agile
The interview process was for around half an hour with the interviewer where they asked more about the business analyst past experiences. Explained the roles and responsibilities required for the the current project.
1st round was GD.
2nd round was a personal interview.
3rs was HR round.
The overall process was very bad, there was no communication among panels.
The process was like first comes first served. Many deserving candidates didn't even have a chance to appear for interviews as panel left earlier.
