For experienced professionals - hiring process is simple. Either through Employee referral or through third party consultancy.
- Process is small and pin-pointed
- up to for Senior consultant level - generally two rounds of interviews - Technical + Managerial. Then normal HR
- recruitment team is easily reachable
- People are good

Question 1
For technical interviews:
- get ready to get at least one question from the Live project on How to map the requirements
- Be honest what you exactly know and exactly do not know. not knowing anything does not mean elimination
Managerial Round:
1. If its a project specific hiring, then be prepared for more technical oriented round
2. If normal hiring, then overall functioning of the system should be known

Interview rounds were basic and good, not to challenging. Offered the expected package but hr never got back to me and ghosted me later. Should have come back with a response, never did.

Interview process was super smooth and onboarding process also. There was 3 three of interview i.e HR , L1 TECHNICAL , L2 TECHNICAL and last negotiation round with HR.
