I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Birlasoft (Bengaluru) in Jan 2016
Interview
the interview was smooth it started with the basic generic question and then there were a few questions like situation analysis, it wasn't much of a stress interview, the interview panel was friendly in order to make me feel comfortable, over all it was a good experience.

Question 1
challenge which was encountered during previous employment
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Birlasoft (New Delhi)
Interview
Birlasoft HR have spoken for 30 minutes, video interview, asked so many questions and straight away saying we don't have a relax work environment of 9 hour s working but it will be 12 hours working even Saturday working, how would I manage my kid with so much pressure. To this also I have given relevant answers still not shortlisted my candidature without giving reasons. Just because I had a gap due to maternity reason or I have a kid and they think I can't take pressure what is exact reason of not selecting when the experience is relevant. Really pathetic company and HR they don't respect people time and energy.
