Virtually I attended two interview rounds.
The first round went well and lasted nearly 40 minutes.
The second round was fine, overall a good experience.
When I asked the interviewer about work-life balance, he smiled and said, "Basically, employees need money. If you want money, you need to work."
HR Round:
There was no proper HR round. The HR just called me on the phone and finalized the salary without any discussion.
When I tried to explain my skills and the tools I’ve learned, she didn’t consider them. She said, “Many people are waiting with a lower budget. If you say no, I’ll drop your application.”
Such a worst experience.
Now I’m wondering — is Birlasoft hiring based on skills or just budget?
