Interview

It was very well structured and handled. They had put in a lot of effort into the selection process and had an external consulting firm to veto the process. The HR round was very smooth and my visa transfer logistics was handled with excellent efficiency. I was made to feel valuable to the firm.

Too detailed and tough interview , based on multiple things like apti, group discussion. Good for fresher level. It is actually a tier 2 company. recruitment held in 2 days. thanks.

First round is telephonic , where they will check basics . Most of the cases second will be second round with onsite (very basic , pretty easy) Some cases second round will be face to face followed by manager and HR discussion then with Onsite the very next day
