I was approached by the staffing company for the role of General Manager India Operations. The interview process which was explained by the staffing company and the actual interview process followed by Birst India was very different. They need to learn to respect the professional dignity of candidates applying at such level and should maintain the confidentiality of profile. They don't have any set interview process and don't even bother to provide appropriate feedback to candidates.
