Interview
It was a well organised process. An online technical quiz followed by a coding assignment followed by a technical phone screen round followed by two Skype interviews with the team members followed by a Skype interview with hiring manager followed by a face-to-face interviews with other team members and a final personal interview with the MD at Ahmedabad office.

Question 1
Questions were mostly around data structures and internals of Java Collections framework. There was a live coding question around problem solving/algorithms in one of the Skype interviews. Few general questions around projects in final personal interview.

* Coding test - the problem was simple, evaluation focused more on code quality, edge cases and unit test coverage
* Phone screen interviews mostly focused on advanced questions in Java, basic questions on Data Structures and average to difficult questions in problem solvig
* Very flexible with the interview scheduling
