Interview
There was a phone interview, an all day at location interview that was not paid (nor was travel compensated) followed by a non negotiable offer. It was fairly straight forward and structured loosely. Now that I have interviewed with other companies and accepted other jobs I realize that the fact that I was not compensated or given travel expenses nor was I treated to lunch etc is a pretty good indicator of the business. Not bad for entry level but would be somewhat insulting at this point. Also the non negotiable offer with out benefits package was unwelcoming.

Had 3 total phone interviews before traveling at my own expense for an onsite interview- at the end of a 10 hour day of observation and interview I received a job offer. Very easy day on location- but also very long.
