A lot has changed since you left the company. As I mentioned in my response to your other reviews, even in the time I have been with the company, things have changed. From the details you have provided in this posting, I can tell you interviewed a few years ago and not in October 2014. For example, the character / personality test was removed from the process prior to me joining the company. So if you interviewed in October 2012 and were hired in November 2012, there would have been a character / personality test. What you describe may have been true at the time you interviewed years ago, but it does not reflect our current streamlined hiring process.
