One interview with HR and a 2 person panel interview with position managers. Employees were very friendly and the interview was more of a casual conversation. Behaviour/Experience questions mixed.
Company is very delayed on getting back to you, If I hadn't emailed back inquiring about my application I would have never heard back.

Q: How would you rate and deliver driver compensation packages to ensure the retention of drivers?
First step, call with Human Resources specialist, discussing and negotiating salary, their budget, annd, if it aligns with your expectations and checking for skills, second step, interview with the manager which lasted for 40mins.

I had a phone interview at first where they asked about my skills and how familiar I was with the tools they use at Bison.
After, I had a in person interview with the senior BAs where they went more in depth about my experiences, to describe a few project scenarios, etc.
