I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bitly (New York, NY) in Apr 2016
Interview
The interview process was made up of a phone screening, a code challenge, and an in-person series of four interviews. The in person interviews were for the most part fun and casual. Everyone was friendly and I got the feeling they wanted me to succeed. I had a good experience, but after a few assurances post-interview that they would be getting back to me asap, I never heard anything.
