Recruiter reached out 2 weeks after I applied. Earliest to schedule was 2 weeks from that date. Finally get on the call and they trash everything about the company, how much they hate the Lever ATS to the CEO giving them KPIs to work against. That was the opening. Then I answer some questions, they say "I'm going to schedule you with CEO next, it may be a week before your on his schedule" then I heard nothing till a rejection email 2 or 3 months later. Whoever they got for the time, jeez, it sounds awful.
