      I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bitly in May 2022

      Interview

      First interview was a phone call asking basic behavioral questions i.e. why bitly, future career aspirations, fav part of design process. Second interview was two parts: first was portfolio case study review, second was values interview where given situations, you would describe how you would handle and how you work with other people on teams.
