Interview
A 30 minute phone screen where you're asked to describe processes and basically gauging to see whether or not you have relevant Product Management experience.
You're then invited to a very lengthy interview process. I met with close to 10 people in about a 5 hour long interview. After this you may or may not be asked to complete a home work assignment that has to do again do with your process...
The people there are genuinely nice and they appear to have a really awesome culture, but to be honest the entire process felt very rushed and was sincerely the most draining experience I have had on an interview. Some of the people I met with I am not quite sure why I did (still pretty cool though).
I would have rated this interview as a positive experience had I not felt the entire thing was a waste of my personal time. I turned down another interview to go on this one so that's a bit irritating. In the end I was not extended an offer though I think I kind of knew that leaving the office it wasn't quite a fit.
I will say though that it was still pretty nice meeting with the people they're cool.

If you were to redesign an ATM, how would you go about doing this?
It was fast and easy and includes a plant tour of the medical device manufacturing. Company is up and growing with many different job opportunities for both 1st and 2nd shift.
Recruiter was great... super responsive and encouraging. Team was super nice too and had great conversations with all of them.
However, I was a bit offput by the complete lack of diversity in the panel. And then one of my interviewers asked me (a diverse candidate) about what it means to value diversity in a workplace... that was a bit awkward.

Interview
Multiple phone screens starting with a recruiter before being brought into the office to interview with two of the same people I'd spoken with. Very similar lines of questioning throughout. On site was very much a though exercise.
