Bitly Diversity & Inclusion Manager interview questions

The recruiter has contacted me proactively with the job option and I decided to officially apply to the role. The recruiting call was quickly scheduled and the conversation was quite easy and pleasant. Considering that this role is heavily responsible to create a work culture I found it a bit problematic to be ghosted by the recruiter after the initial call. As a next step the recruiter said they would talk to the Department head the week after but U never head of them again. I guess whoever gets this role has their work cut out for them by starting to implement equitable hiring processes.
