I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bitsight in Aug 2021
Interview
The recruiter reached over to me thru LinkedIn. We set up a quick call and went some basic role description, company and compensation I was targeting. He said he would follow up with next steps but never did. I contacted him thru email and LinkedIn but no response.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. There is no excuse for not receiving a call back from our recruiting team and I would like to personally apologize for this experience. We are really proud of our engineering team, our engineering leaders and the incredible products we are building. While we may be busy with a lot of reqs and not a lot of recruiters, I am sorry that this happened. Please feel free to reach out to me directly and I will be more than happy to walk through the reasons we have not proceeded. chrissy.costello@bitsighttech.com
