I was first contacted by the head of talent who was very helpful and friendly and gave me an overview of the position and what to expect during the interview process. During my 30 minute interview with the head of marketing I was asked about my previous experience and what interested me most about the position.

Way too much interviews (five, six in total) people are professional but the interview process is too long. Especially for a negative outcome it can be frustrating and it’s time wasting.

I recently had the pleasure of going through the hiring process for the Customer Success Specialist EMEA position at Bitwarden, and I have to say that it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The process was incredibly smooth, streamlined, and efficient, and I felt like I was kept up to date every step of the way. One of the highlights of the process was the opportunity to meet with several members of the Bitwarden team. After my initial interview, I had the chance to meet with the Customer Success Manager, who provided me with a lot of valuable insights about the company culture and the role. I then had the pleasure of meeting with a team member who gave me a deeper understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities of the position. Later on in the process, I had the opportunity to meet with the Director of Customer Success, who was incredibly knowledgeable and provided me with a lot of useful information about the company's long-term goals and vision. And finally, I was able to meet with the CEO, which was an incredible opportunity to learn more about the company's history, culture, and future plans. Throughout the process, I had the pleasure of working with Lee-Ann, the amazing recruiter who was incredibly helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. Thanks to her and the entire Bitwarden team, I am thrilled to be starting my new role as a Customer Success Specialist EMEA, and I am excited to see what the future holds
