The selection process of Bitwise is of four rounds. First is aptitude test, which consisted of general aptitude and some technical questions according to post. Next id group discussion round, where a general topic is provided for group discussion. Then there is a technical Interview, where the interview test your technical ability, including programs and queries. And the final is HR round, who generally ask you stuff from your Resume.

The asked me to write down some program, and types of sql queries.
Two rounds: first was a LeetCode coding task. Second covered SQL, OOP, Java, REST API, CI/CD, AWS, plus experience-based questions about projects, design decisions, and implementation details from previous roles
Round 1 – Technical interview: Java fundamentals, OOP concepts, coding discussion, and basic SQL questions.
Round 2 – Managerial interview: Discussion with the hiring manager about experience, communication, teamwork, and expectations.
